What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to share with us, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the website securely.
When you contact us
Through our contact form we collect your name, company, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your designation, phone number, project location, project plans, expected timeline and message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
When you browse the website
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and running, not to identify or profile you.
What we don’t collect
We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial details, government identifiers, health information or passwords. Please don’t include such information in your message.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
- Prepare proposals, estimates and other pre-contract communication you have asked for
- Keep a record of our correspondence with you
- Protect the website and our systems against misuse, spam and security threats
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data, use it for automated decision-making or profiling, or add you to marketing mailing lists without your explicit consent.
Legal basis for processing
Under the GDPR
- Steps prior to a contract, where you contact us about a potential project (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Legitimate interests, in responding to business enquiries, keeping records of correspondence and keeping our website secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Legal obligation, where we must retain or disclose information by law (Article 6(1)(c)).
Under the DPDP Act
We process the personal data you voluntarily provide for the specific purpose for which you provided it, namely responding to your enquiry, as permitted under Section 7(a) of the DPDP Act. You may tell us at any time that you no longer want us to process your data, and we will stop, except where we are required to retain it by law.
International transfers
We are based in India, and our service providers may store or process data in other countries. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, your data will be transferred outside those regions. Where we do so, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the transfer being necessary to respond to the request you made. Transfers out of India are made in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Government of India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry leads to a project, we keep the relevant records for as long as the engagement lasts and as required by applicable tax, accounting and company law.
Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to enquiries is limited to people who need it. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Have your data erased
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we process your data
- Receive your data in a portable format (GDPR)
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (DPDP Act)
- Have your grievances addressed by us
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you are in the EEA or UK, to your local data protection supervisory authority.

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
